BIO of Paul Martinez

Paul Martinez has spent his working career pursuing excellence and providing value within each organization he has been associated with. Dedication to service and his trade mark “Can Do Will Do Attitude” have been at the cornerstone of Paul’s effectiveness and success. His career has included the following responsibilities: decorated Army Finance Corps Specialist; Blockbuster Music: Assistant Store Manager; Current: Call Center Manager; State Farm: 1st and 3rd party Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster; USAA: 3rd Party BI Claims Adjuster, Member Relations Specialist, Non-injury Claims Mgr, Quality and Compliance Mgr, Cross Discipline Team Facilitator, 1st Party Injury Mgr, and Claims Service Director; Dynamic Solutions: President, Colorado Trainer for 360 Solutions SCSEP Program, Key Note Speaker.

Having spent the past 26+ years in a variety of customer service, sales, training, facilitating, managing, directing, and leadership positions, Paul is passionate about utilizing his experience, common sense approach, knowledge, education, and library of instructional tools from 360 Solutions in providing a skill set, paradigm shift, and effective behavior modeling, to his participants; which if they choose will positively transform their personal and professional life.

As a dedicated member of his community, Paul has utilized his effective management, leadership, facilitation and speaker skills within variety of forums throughout his community. He is serving as a Co-Facilitator of the El Pomar Emerging Leaders Hispanic Advisory Council and has served as a facilitator for the Multi-Cultural Youth Leadership Initiative (MYLI) sponsored by El Pomar and the E.LD. Program. Paul is a facilitator for the Colorado Springs Dream City 2020 Visioning Process. Paul is also a board member of Junior Achievement and serves as a J.A. class room volunteer. Lastly, Paul is a member of Leadership Pikes Peak 2009.

Throughout his career Paul has effectively utilized his speaking talents to motivate and inspire. He delivered key note speeches for USAA’s annual education breakfast and has received rave reviews on his "4 Generations in the Work Force" speech.

Paul earned a B.S. in Organizational Development (School of Business) from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Management from Regis University.
